Ingredients
- 3/4 c flour
- 3 T butter
- 3 1/4 oz vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix above ingredients and pour into 10” greased pie pan. Drain 2 large cans peaches. Reserve 3 T juice. Slice fruit over batter.
Combine: 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
½ c sugar
3 % juice
Spoon over fruit to within one inch of edge of batter. Combine 1 T sugar and ½ tsp cinnamon. Sprinkle over cream cheese. 350, 30-35 minutes.
