MOTHER’S LETTUCE AND EGG SALAD

  • 3 c torn lettuce leaves
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
  • Dressing: 1/4 c cream
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1 T vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cover lettuce with sliced eggs. Combine cream, sugar, vinegar and salt. Pour over lettuce and eggs. Toss lightly and sprinkle paprika over top and serve. May double dressing to taste.
