Mostaccioli and Sausage Bake

Ingredients

• 1 lb. pork sausage
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 1 green pepper, diced
• 8 oz. mostaccioli noodles
• 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
• 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
• 15 oz. spaghetti sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Brown sausage, onion and green pepper.
Put sauce in bottom of 2 quart baking dish.
Combine sausage, sauce, parmesan cheese, noodles and half of the mozzarella cheese, mixing well.
Put in baking dish. Top with remaing mozzarella cheese.
Bake 25 minutes at 350°.
