- 2 TBSP SOY SAUCE
- 2 TBSP HOISIN SAUCE
- 1 TBSP HONEY
- 1 TSP CORNSTARCH
- 1/2 TSP CRUSHED RED PEPPER FLAKES
- 3/4 BONELESS BEEF SIRLOIN STEAK
- 1 MED ONION
- 2 MED ZUCCHINI
- 1 SMALL RED BELL PEPPER CUT INTO THIN STRIPS
- 1 GARLIC CLOVE MINCED
- SPAGHETTI NOODLES (UNCOOKED VERMICELLI)
- 1 14 OZ CAN BABY CORN NUGGETS DRAINED AND RINSED

Step 1
COOK VERMICELLI TO DESIRED DONENESS AS DIRECTED ON PACKAGE, DRAIN AND COVER 2 KEEP WARM. MEANWHILE IN SMALL BOWL COMBINE ALL SAUCES BLEND WELL AND SET ASIDE. SPRAY LARGE NONSTICK SKILLET WITH COOKING SPRAY. HEAT OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT UNTIL HOT. ADD BEEF AND ONION, COOK AND STIR 3-5 MINUTES OR UNTIL BEEF IS NO LONGER PINK AND ONION IS CRISP TENDER. ADD ZUCCHINI, BELL PEPPER, GARLIC, COOK AND STIR 2-4 MINUTES. STIR SAUCE WELL, ADD SAUCE AND CORN 2 SKILLET COOK 2-4 MINUTES OR UNTIL SAUCE IS BUBBLY AND THICKENED. SERVE OVER VERMICELLI.
