  • 8 large potatoes
  • 1 c milk
  • 3 T butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 4 c cheddar cheese
  • 1 cream of celery, 1 cream of chicken

Step 1

Butter a large baking dish. Slice potatoes thin. Melt butter and cook onion in butter 7-10 min. Stir in soups, milk, salt & pepper, 2 c cheddar—cook until cheese is melted. Pour over potatoes. Top with 2 c cheddar. Cover w/ foil. 350, 45 minutes. Remove foil, 10 more minutes. Only make one go on Christmas Eve.
