  • 1 BEATEN EGG
  • 4 TABS. BREADCRUMBS
  • 2 TABS. GRADED CARROT
  • 2 TABS. CHOPPED CELERY
  • 2 TABS.CHOPPED SCALLIONS
  • 2 TABS. MAYONNAISE
  • 3/4 TEAS. DRY MUSTARD
  • 1/4 TEAS. HOT PEPPER SAUCE
  • SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
  • 2 TABS. PANKO
  • 2 TABS.OIL

Step 1

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, EXCEPT OIL AND PANKO.
GENTLY SHAPE MIXTURE INTO 4 1/2" THICK PATTIES. COAT BOTH SIDED IN 2 TABS. PANKO.

HEAT OIL,COOK CRABCAKES 5 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
SERVE WITH BEMON WEDGES OAN OR TARTAT SAUCE.
