- 6-8 oz. FRESH OR FROZEN CRABCAKES
- 1 BEATEN EGG
- 4 TABS. BREADCRUMBS
- 2 TABS. GRADED CARROT
- 2 TABS. CHOPPED CELERY
- 2 TABS.CHOPPED SCALLIONS
- 2 TABS. MAYONNAISE
- 3/4 TEAS. DRY MUSTARD
- 1/4 TEAS. HOT PEPPER SAUCE
- SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
- 2 TABS. PANKO
- 2 TABS.OIL

Preparation
Step 1
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, EXCEPT OIL AND PANKO.
GENTLY SHAPE MIXTURE INTO 4 1/2" THICK PATTIES. COAT BOTH SIDED IN 2 TABS. PANKO.
HEAT OIL,COOK CRABCAKES 5 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
SERVE WITH BEMON WEDGES OAN OR TARTAT SAUCE.
