Garlic & Orange Marinated Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 pork chops, 1-1/2" thick
  • 1/2 c orange juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tsp ground cummin
  • 1/2 tsp coarsely ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place chops in a self-sealing plastic bag; comine ingredents in a small bow, pour over chops.
Seal bag, refrigerate for 4 - 24 hours.
Remove chops from marinade (discarding marinage) and grill over medium-hot coals for a total of 12 - 15 minutes, until inter temperature of 160F.
Serve chops immediately.
