Swiss Vegetable Medley

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, thawed and drained
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup (4 oz) shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper. Pour into a one quart casserole. Bake covered, at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
