- 1 LB. BOX JUMBO PASTA SHELLS, COOKED AND DRAINED
- 1 PKG (1 1/2#) GROUND TURKEY
- 2 TABS. BUTTER
- 1 MEDIUM ONION CHOPPED
- 2 CLOVES CHOPPED GARLIC
- 2 (10oz) PKG. FROZEN CHOPPED SPINACH
- THAWED AND WELL DRAINED
- 1 CUP BREAD CRUMBS
- 4 EGGS SLIGHTLY BEATEN
- 1/2 CUP LIGHT CREAM
- 1 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE, DIVIDED
- 3/4 TEAS. GROUND NUTMEG
- 1/4 TEAS. GROUND OREGANO
- 32 OZ. SPAGHETTI SAUCE
- 2 CUPS SHREDDED MAZZARELLA CHEESE

Step 1
HEAT OVEN TO 350.
GREASE RECTANGULAR BAKING DISH,13x9x2".
HEAT BUTTER IN SKILLET OVER MED-HIGH HEAT UNTIL MELTED. CRUMBLE TURKEY INTO SKILLET. COOK TURKEY,ONION AND GARLIC UNTIL TURKEY IS NO LONGER PINK,DRAIN,
STIR SPINACH, BREAD CRUMBS,EGGS,CREAM 2/3 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE,NUTMEG AND OREGANO.
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE.
FILL SHELLS WITH TURKEY MIXTURE. ARRANGE IN DISH,POUR SPAGHETTI SAUCE OVER SHELLS
BAKE 20 MINUTES, SPRINKLE WITH MOZZ. CHEESE AND REMAINING PARMESAN CHEESE.
BAKE UNTIL CHEESE IS MOLTED AND SAUCE IS BUBBLE, ABOUT 20 MINUTES LONGER.
