Ingredients
- Cream puffs:
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 c water
- 1 c flour
- 4 eggs
- Custard:
- 2 sqs chocolate
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 4 tbsp cream

Preparation
Step 1
Cream puffs:
Heat butter and water until butter melts.
Add flour; stir vigorously.
Add and egg at a time; beat well after each addition.
Drop by tbsp onton ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 425 for 30-40 minutes
Custard:
Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler, stir in sugar and cream.
Beat until smooth and shiny.
Split cream puffs crosswise and fill with custard.
