Ingredients
- 2 pre-made Oreo cookie pie crust
- 1 8 oz. container Cool Whip
- 1 container Peppermint Ice Cream
- for topping: mini chocolate chips or peppermint chips or crushed oreos, optional
Preparation
Step 1
Soften ice cream until easy to mix with cool whip. Spread into cookie pie crust. Apply topping if desired. Freeze for several hours.
