  • Combine:
  • 1/4 cup parmesan, grated
  • 1/2 tea garlic powder
  • 1/4 tea paprika
  • 1/8 tea cayene
  • salt to taske
  • coat with and roast:
  • 3 russet potatoes cut into 8 wedges each
  • 3 tbl olive oil, divided
  • 3 tbl chopped parsley



Step 1

preheat oven to 475 with baking sheet inside
combine parm, garlic, paprika, cayenne and salt in a bowl
coat potatoes with 1 tbl oil in a larg bowl, add parmesan mixture tossing
to coat.
remove baking sheet from oven and coat with oil
place wedges on sheet and roast until golden, 15 minutes per side
return to bowl and toss with parsley
