Chocolate Brickle

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups light brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1.5 cupa mixed cocktail nuts
  • 1 t vanlla
  • 12 ounces of semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Coat 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray. Line bottom with parchment paper and spray. over med heat cook sugar and butter and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. add vanilla and nuts and cook 203 minutes. Remove from heat and pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips - as they melt spread with knife. Let cool and then cut into squares.
