Ingredients

  • 1 box Devil's Food chocolate cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (if you want to throw a cup and a half in there, I won't tell)
  • Powdered sugar - for serving

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare Crock Pot with cooking spray - just to keep things from sticking.
In a large bowl, blend together cake mix, eggs, oil and sour cream until fully mixed.
Add chocolate chips and stir.
Pour into Crock Pot.
Cook on low for 3-4 hours, until done. You'll start to see the sides of the cake pulling away from the Crock Pot when it's ready.

Notes:
This delicious dessert is best served warm with a sprinkling of powdered sugar - or a scoop of ice cream.
