lbs large unpeeled shrimp
tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
Dash of wine, cider, or whatever you have, vinegar
Bring liquids to a pot and bring to a boil. In a steamer add the shrimp and steam for 3-5 minutes. Stir and turn them once or twice during steaming. Do not overcook. When pink, remove. Do in batches depending on how many shrimp you have and how big your steamer is.
