  • 1 loaf of bread (remove crusts) and roll with rolling pin
  • Spread with 8 oz cream cheese, 1/2 c sugar, egg yolk, 1/2 tsp vanilla

Step 1

Roll up jelly-roll style. Brush with ½ lb melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar. Cut in thirds.
