Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. plus 1 T. butter
- 12 regular marshmallows
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 6 oz. cherry chips
- 10 oz. crushed salted peanuts
- 3/4 c. peanut butter
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar, milk, marshmallows, and 1/2 c. butter in saucepan over med. Heat, boil 8 min. Add cherry chips and vanilla. Pour into 9x13 buttered pan. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Add 1 T. butter, peanut butter, and crushed peanuts. Spread over cherry mixture. Chill.
