- 8 ounces sweet cooking chocolate
- 1/4 cup strong coffee
- 5 eggs separated
- splash of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon Grand Mariner
- 1 quart whipping cream

Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate in top part of double boiler over hot water, stirring constantly. Cool. Beat in eggs yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in flavoring. beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold carefully into chocolate mixture until just blended. Pile lightly in small individual souffle dishes. Chill at least 8 hours or overnite. Serve with dab of whipped cream on top.
