Rosemary Roasted Red Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. baby red potatoes, quartered
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Toss potatoes, oil, and rosemary on a baking sheet. Spread out potatoes in a single layer; season with salt & pepper. Bake 30 min. at 425 degrees.
