SEASIDE CASSEROLE

  • 12 oz Velveeta Shells & Cheese dinner
  • 1/4 c chopped onion 1/4 c butter or marg
  • 1/4 c red or green pepper, chopped
  • 8 oz imitation crabmeat 1/2 c mayo
  • 1 c frozen peas, thawed, drained
  • 1/3 + c corn flake crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp onion salt

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare dinner. Cook onion and red pepper in 2T margarine until tender. Add to dinner. Stir in crabmeat, peas and mayo. Spoon into 1 ½ qt casserole; cover. Bake 350, 15 minutes.
Melt 2 T margarine, stir in crumbs and onion salt. Uncover casserole, top with crumbs and bake 5-10 more minutes.
