Lemon Torte

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups crushed short bread cookies
• 1/3 cups melted butter -mix

Preparation

Step 1

Put in 9x13 pan
Bake @ 375 for 8 min
Mix 8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Mix and add 1/2 container of cool-whip
Put over crust
Make 2 small packages instant lemon pudding (3 cups milk)
Pour over
Top with cool whip and crumbs
