Ingredients
- asparagus
- 1 T oil
- salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/2 cup plus 2 T balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 t brown sugar
- 1 pound penne
- 3 T butter
- 1/3 grated Parmesan

Preparation
Step 1
Roast asparagus 10 minutes at 400. Simmer vinegar until 3 T remain. Stir in sugar and pepper. Cook pasta and add everything to it.
