  • asparagus
  • 1 T oil
  • salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 T balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 t brown sugar
  • 1 pound penne
  • 3 T butter
  • 1/3 grated Parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

Roast asparagus 10 minutes at 400. Simmer vinegar until 3 T remain. Stir in sugar and pepper. Cook pasta and add everything to it.
