Ingredients
- 1 pkg (10 oz) refrigerated pizza crust (Pillsbury)
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 2 cups mozzarella, grated cheese
- 2/3 cups romano or parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Press dough onto baking stone.
Spread pressed garlic over dough.
Sprinkle 1/2 of the 2 cheeses and 1/2 of the oregano over crust.
Chop tomatoes and spread over cheese.
Sprinkle remaining cheese and oregano over tomatoes.
Bake 30-35 minutes at 375. Serve warm.
