Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts skinless and boneless
- 2 cups quick cooking rice
- 1 large can or two small cans of cream of chicken soup
- 4 stalks of celery, chopped
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 can green beans (any green veggie), undrained. minced garlic
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut the Chicken into bite sized chunks. Place in crockpot. Add all ingredients except cheese. Mix well.
2. Cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8 hours. Add the cheese about 1 hour before done and mix well.
