Crockpot Chicken and Rice

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts skinless and boneless
  • 2 cups quick cooking rice
  • 1 large can or two small cans of cream of chicken soup
  • 4 stalks of celery, chopped
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 can green beans (any green veggie), undrained. minced garlic
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut the Chicken into bite sized chunks. Place in crockpot. Add all ingredients except cheese. Mix well.

2. Cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8 hours. Add the cheese about 1 hour before done and mix well.
