Ingredients
- 1/4 C packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbl. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbl. tomato paste
- 1-1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- black pepper
- 1 pork tenderloin, trimmed

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish; add pork, turning to coat. Cover and marinate in fridge 1 hour. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Remove pork from dish, reserving marinade. Place pork on med-high grill, brush with reserved marinade and grill until thermometer registers 155 degrees. This should take about 20 minutes. Remove and let stand 5 minutes; slice.
You can also bake it at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until thermometer registers 155 degrees.
