Ingredients

  • 1 Salmon (skin on)
  • 1 cup of Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of Honey
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 Cedar Plank (soak for about 2 hours)

Cooking time 30mins

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325F.
In a small saucepan over medium-high heat,add soy sauce and honey. Reduce it by half, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in mustard.
Put salmon (skin side down) on cedar plank.
Evenly and thoroughly brush the side of salmon with say glaze.
Transfer to oven 20-25 minutes. (or bbq)
