Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) box Potato & American Cheese Pierogies or Potato, Spinach & Feta Pierogies
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 bell pepper, sliced into strips
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced into wheels
- 3 boneless chicken breasts, quartered (12 pieces total)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Pinch of salt

Preparation
Step 1
Toss frozen Pierogies, chicken breast pieces, zucchini, and peppers with fresh lemon juice, olive oil, salt and ground black pepper. Wrap in aluminum foil pouch and place on an outdoor grill until fully cooked, approximately 20 to 30 minutes on medium fire. Serve.
