Italian Marinated Chicken on Grill
- 1 3/4 cups Chicken Stock
- 1 Tbsp. Canned Diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Stir the stock, tomatoes, cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder in a shallow non metallic dish or resealable plastic bag.
Add the chicken and turn to coat.
Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Lightly oil the grill rack and heat the grill to medium.
Remove the chicken from the stock mixture.
Grill the chicken for 15 minutes or until it cooks through, cooking and brushing often with the stock mixture.
Discard the remaining stock mixture.
