CHEESE FILLED SHELLS

  • 12 oz Jumbo shells
  • 3/4 tsp oregano
  • 4 c (2 lb) ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 c (8 oz) mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 c parmesan cheese
  • 32 oz spaghetti sauce
  • 3 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Cook shells for 15 minutes.
Combine cheese, eggs, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper. Fill each shell with 2 T of mixture.
Spread a thin layer of sauce on bottom of 13x9 baking pan. Place shells in a single layer in the pan; cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cover with foil; bake 350, 35 minutes.
