Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 3/4 baking powder (if using baking soda, use 1/2 & omit the salt)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- 3/4 to 1 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients, & start with 3/4 cup water & the oil.
Stir until it forms a ball. If dough is stiff, add more water, a little at a time.
The dough will be soft, not sticky.
Knead on a floured surface, 3-4 minutes.
Bake @ 425°, for 15-25 minutes.
