Crock-Pot Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 8oz Package of Cream Cheese, cubed and softened
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
  • 1 14oz Can of Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 Cup Chopped Spinach, strained of water
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Add ingredients to crock-pot.

Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally

Serve in bowl or from crock-pot on the WARM setting.
