  • 1 1/2 LBS GROUND BEEF
  • 1/3 CUP FLOUR
  • 1 1/2 TSP DRIED THYME
  • 2 CUPS WATER
  • 1 TBSP KITCHEN BOUQUET
  • 2 BEEF BOUILLON CUBES
  • 1 TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • MASHED POTATOES
  • 1/8 TSP NUTMEG
  • 1/4 CUP HEAVY CREAM
  • 1 EGG YOLK
  • 1/2 CUP BUTTER
  • SALT, PEPPER
  • 1 CUP CHEDDAR CHEESE

Preparation

Step 1

MIX COOKED GROUND BEEF, FLOUR, THYME, WATER, SEASOING SAUCE, BOUILLION AND WORCESTERSHIRE. SIMMER UNTIL SAUCE THICKENS AND MEAT IS FORK TENDER. TRANSFER TO DISH. RESERVE LIQUID

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES

COMBINE REST OF INGREDIENTS TO POTATOES AND PIPE OVER MEAT. SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE AND BAKE 30 TO 35 MINUTES. SERVE WITH WARM SAUCE.
