Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless pork butt, cut into bite-size pieces about 1 inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1 cup onion finely minced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

Step 1

Mix together ginger and sugar, set aside. Heat sesame oil and brown pork on all sides on medium-high heat. Add onions and garlic, cook on medium heat until onions are soft. Add soy sauce ginger sugar mixture and vinegar. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until done. Serve pork cubes with toothpicks.
