Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 1/2 c. t. baking powder
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 egg 1 t. vanilla
- 4 c. blueberries
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 t. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Grease a 9" springform pan.
3. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour,1/2 c. sugar and baking powder.
4. Cut butter into dry ingredients til it resembles coarse crumbs.
5. Stir in egg and 1 t. vanilla.
6. Pat mixture lightly into the bottom of the greased pan.
7. Pour blueberries over top
8. In another bowl, whisk together the sour cream, 1/2 c. sugar, egg yolks and 1 t. vanilla; pour over the blueberries.
9. Bake 60-70 minutes or til top is lightly browned.
10- Cool then run knife around edge of pan. Refrigerate.
11. Remove outer ring of pan.
