Ingredients
- 3 cups Greek-style yogurt
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl and blend together until smooth. Chill for several hours or overnight.
When thoroughly chilled, freeze in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Serve immediately or scoop into an airtight container and freeze until firm.
Makes approximately 1 quart.
