Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings, tips removed
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons peeled, chopped fresh ginger
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Heat skillet on stovetop to medium high heat. Add chicken wings. Saute uncovered 5 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned on both sides.
Stir soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and green onions in bowl. Pour soy sauce mixture over chicken and toss to coat. Set to SLOW COOK LOW for 3 to 5 hours. Cover and cook until chicken is cooked through
