ITALIAN LOVE CAKE

Ingredients

• Chocolate cake mix (w/ pudding if possible)
• 2 pints ricotta cheese
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 c sugar
• 3.9 oz choc pudding
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c milk
• 12 oz Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare cake according to box. Put in greased pan. Mix ricotta cheese, sugar, vanilla & eggs. Spread over cake. 350, 90 minutes. Mix pudding mix and milk. Blend in Cool Whip. Put on cooled cake.
