Ingredients
- 3 c chicken broth
- 3/4 c butter
- 3 large heads cauliflower
- 3/4 c bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 c parmesan
Preparation
Step 1
Boil broth-add cauliflower. Cook 15-18 minutes. In skillet, melt butter-add bread crumbs. Stir 3-5 minutes until toasted. Stir in parmesan. Drain cauliflower & top with crumbs.
