Beverage - Irish Coffee

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. hot coffee, black
  • 1-1/2 oz. Irish whisky
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place 1 tsp. sugar in the bottom of an Irish coffee cup.

2. Add 1-1/2 oz. Irish whisky and let it dissolve the sugar.

3. Pour in 8 oz. piping hot coffee.

4. Top it off with a heaping spoonful of whipped cream.
