Cherry Cheese Pie

  • 2 . 9" graham cracker crusts
  • 24 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 can cherry pie filling



Step 1

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add well beaten eggs until blended. Add sugar and vanilla and blend. Split filling among the two graham cracker crusts.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes

Mix together sour cream, 3 tblsp sugar and 1/4 tsp vanilla. After the pies have baked 20 minutes, spread the sour cream mixture over top. Raise the oven temperature to 500 and bake for an additional 5 minutes

Cool completely and top with cherry pie filling Refrigerate the pies.
