Broccoli Salad

  • 1 c. light mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 lb. broccoli florets
  • 1/3 c. sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1/2 lb. cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
  • 2 T. cider vinegar



Step 1

Stir together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar in a large bowl; add broccoli, cranberries and sunflower seeds, gently tossing to coat. Cover and chill 2 hours. Sprinkle with bacon just before serving. Makes 10 servings.
