Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup of unslated butter, room temperature
• 1/2 cup of light brown sugar
• 1/4 cup of sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 1 cup of flour
• 1/4 cup of cocoa
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1/8 teaspoon of salt
• 1 1/2 cups of white chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat over to 350

Line cookie sheets with parchment paper

In bowl beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy.

Add the egg and vanilla and beat until incorporated.

Sift together the cocoa and flour, baking powder and salt and then add to the butter and egg mixture.

Mix until just incorporated.

Fold in white chocolate chips.

BAke for 8 - 10 minutes
