Sinful Neiman Marcus Bars

Gooey cream cheese bars that really satisfy a sweet craving and are super easy to make!

Ingredients

• Crust:
• 1 package yellow cake mix
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• Topping:
• 8 ounces chocolate chips
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 2 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 pound powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Mix crust ingredients all together. Press in bottom of 9x13 pan. Press in the chocolate chips.

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, eggs and vanilla in large bowl. You will want to use an electric mixer to make things much easier. Pour on top of crust.

Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes at 300 degrees F. Let cool, cut into squares and serve.
