Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 1/2 c onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- 12 eggs
- 1 c milk
- 16 frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 c cheddar
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon.Saute onion and pepper. Beat eggs and milk and stir in potatoes, cheese and rest. BAke uncovered at 350 for 35-34 or until knife comes out clean.
