Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 large yellow onion, chopped
- Garlic to taste
- 2 T salt
- 1 T chili powder
- 1/2 t allspice
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- 1/4 t ground clove
- 1/4 t each black, white, cayenne peppers
- 8 t dry mustard
- 1 C molasses
- 1/2 C Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 C Lea & Perkins Worcestershire
- 2 squirts Liquid Smoke, pecan flavor
- 2 cans rotel, medium hot
- 1 12oz. Can tomato paste
- 1/2 box dark brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Sauté onion and garlic. Mix in spices, cook through. Add wet ingredients, mix well. Add tomatoes and cook down, 20-30 minutes.
