• 1 Pkg Lemon Instant pudding, small size
• 4 Eggs
• 1/2 Cup Oil
• 1 Cup Water
• 2 TBS Lemon Juice
• 1/2 Tsp Lemon peel
• 1/4 Cup Poppy seeds
• Bake: 350 Degrees

Step 1

Mix all ingrediens together and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

Pour into bundt pan or 2 loaf pans

Bundt pan: 45-50 minutes
Loaf pans: 35-40 minutes
