- 1 Pkg Lemon Instant pudding, small size
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 1 Cup Water
- 2 TBS Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Tsp Lemon peel
- 1/4 Cup Poppy seeds
- Bake: 350 Degrees

Mix all ingrediens together and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into bundt pan or 2 loaf pans
Bundt pan: 45-50 minutes
Loaf pans: 35-40 minutes
