• 1 c balsamic
• 3/4 c ketchup
• 1/3 c brown sugar
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 t worcestshire
• 1 t dijon
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper

Step 1

1) combine in saucepan and stir til all ingredients are incorporated and mix is smooth

2) simmer over md. heat until reduced by 1/3, appr. 15-20 minutes
