- 2 or 3 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 to 4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup raisins
- dash cinnamon
- 2 eggs

Step 1
stir sugar, eggs, cinnamon, and milk really good
in a buttered baking dish mix rice and raisins
pour sugar, milk, eggs, and cinnamon mixture over rice
it should be soupy
sprinkle with nutmeg
bake about 1 hour
