Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 squares chocolat, or 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/3 cup corn syrup, or 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cups nuts (optional)

Step 1
Boil first 5 ingredients for 4 1/2 minutes after reaching rolling boil. Remove from heat & add butter, vanilla & nuts.
Beat until it loses shine, pour into pan
